Beeston Fields Golf Club

The Nottingham based golf club wanted to install some renewable energy to reduce their energy consumption but didn’t have enough space on the main club house, and they were keen to keep the looks of this beautiful building.

A new groundsman’s building was the solution as it is south facing, has more roof space and is tucked away out of sight from the main building and fairways.

Oakapple Renewable Energy Ltd installed a system comprising 64 BenQ Solar 250Wp panels using Clenergy trapezoidal roof mounting system. .

The 16kw solar PV system is expected to generate 13608kWh every year for the benefit of the client and will also produce around 8 tonnes of CO2 savings annually.
